Within the Mountain Ponies, the famous studs of North Wales play a big part in their influence here, from the infamous Friars (also Menai), along with Betws and Snowdon to name but a few.  We are looking to breed a pony that is hardy and has good conformation to enable them to thrive in their natural environment, and also importantly have outstanding temperaments for them to make excellent children's ponies.

Section D's also have a home here at Moelyparc, with one line in particular being at the forefront.  Tyhen Comet has always struck a cord with us.  Excellent bone and body, superb head and unmistakable Comet fire.  We hope to keep this precious line going through Trevallion and Menai lines.  We also favour Craignant Flyer lines as we find they cross particularly well with the Comet lines.
